Subject: Centralized Scheduling
Yes, the software is designed for a centralized scheduling scenario in which usually one administrator is responsible for resource allocation and scheduling. It currently does not have a privileges module to restrict access to different features for different users.

The only thing that we can think of is that classes are created separately in a different file or even entirely in Excel, for example, and imported into the program by the schedule administrator who will be responsible for scheduling them.

I am reviewing this software to possibly use in my hospital education department to assist us in scheduling 12 trainers and 10 training rooms. In looking at the software I don't see any way to restrict who has access to create new classes vs just schedule a class. I would want the trainer to be able to schedule a class for a course already created, but not create a course of their own.

Any insight would be appreciated, I really like the software so far and it will allow us to merge multiple systems into on.
